Add/Deduct Credits

Add credits: #

Step 1: Click on “+Update Credit” in the Credits section.

Step 2: A pop-up appears showing various details. At the top, you’ll see the main account’s name and the available credits. This indicates that credits can only be allocated to child account’s within the existing balance of the main account.

Step 3: Select the child TUC under “Select TUC” for which you want to deduct credits.

Step 4: Choose “Add Credits“.

Step 5: Enter the amount of credits you wish to add under “Credits”.

Step 6: Optionally, add a remark.

Step 7: Once all details are entered and verified, click on “Update“.

Deduct credits: #
