Configure Onextel as WhatsApp connect provider for Clevertap #
Creating the HTTP Endpoint #
Now that the channel has been created at the time of onboarding, we need to create the HTTP endpoint URL which will include the Channel ID of the channel that is created.
Follow the steps mentioned below to navigate the channel ID.
Step 1: Click on “Channels”.
Step 2: Click on the channel that you just created.
Step 3: Copy/Note the Channel ID from the URL in your browser after “channels” in a notepad.
Step 4: Paste the Channel ID in the below-mentioned URL in the place of <Channel Id>

Creating a WhatsApp channel on CleverTap #
Step 1: Login to your CleverTap account.
Step 2: Click on “Settings” from the left menu.
Step 3: Click on “Channels” and select “WhatsApp” from the dropdown.
Step 4: Click on “WhatsApp Connect”.
Step 5: Click on “ + Provider Configuration”.
Step 6: Select and enter the following details as shown below:

| Mobile Number | Enter the same WABA number along with the country code as mentioned on 365cx.io (OneXtel) while creating the channel |

| HTTP Endpoint | Enter the Submission URL generated from 365cx.io (OneXtel) |
Once the details are filled, click on “Save”.
Delivery Report Callback URL
To configure the delivery notifications on your CleverTap account, follow the below mentioned steps :
Step 1: Click on Settings → Channels → WhatsApp → WhatsApp Connect → Click on the WhatsApp channel that was just setup.
Step 2: Copy the Delivery Report Callback URL and mail it to support@onextel.com with your WhatsApp account details while specifying that it is required for CleverTap integration.
Throttling setup #
After completing the configuration, set up campaign-level throttling to ensure smooth transmission of all requests from Clevertap to Onextel.
Step 1: Click on Setup from the left menu.
Step 2: Select Campaign Limits from the dropdown.
Step 3: Add WhatsApp channel and set the throttle limit as 1,00,000.
Step 4: Click on Save.
