Here is the step-by-step guide to using the Clicker Data section on Aura:

Step 1: Click on “Clicker Data” from the top-menu panel.

Step 2: Click on “Search” to view the summary for the current day.

Step 3: If you need a custom date range, select the dates and then click “Search“.

Step 4: To extract data for a particular child TUC:

1. Enter the TUC name under “TUCs”.
2. Select the date range.
3. Click “Search“

Step 5: To extract data for a mobile number:

1. Enter the mobile number under “Mobile”“Mobile”.
2. Under “Channel” select the particular channel. (optional)
3. Click “Search”

Step 6: Click on Download and select the file format (CSV or XLSX) from the dropdown.
