Clicker Details

• Generate campaign reports with clickable links.
• View details of users by phone number.
• Includes User IP, Browser, Operator, Circle, Latitude/Longitude.
• Locate customer location.
• See TUC ID, TUC Name, Campaign Name.

Here is the step-by-step guide to use the Clicker Details section on Aura:

Step 1: Click on “Clicker Details” from the top-menu panel.

Step 2: Click on “Search” to view the summary for the current day. 

Step 3: If you need a custom date range, select the dates and then click “Search“.

Step 4: To extract data for a particular child TUC:

1. Enter the TUC name under “TUCs”.
2. Select the date range.
3. Click “Search“

Step 5: Click on Download and select the file format (CSV or XLSX) from the dropdown.
