Configure OneXtel as a Private SSP (SMS Service Provider) #
To configure Onextel Connector on WebEngage, follow these steps:
Prerequisites :
1. You should have an active Onextel Aura account with associated API key(s).
2. Make sure the Entity ID and Sender Id(s) are added in the Onextel account.
Note: Kindly disable DND scrubbing while creating the API key to ensure complete submission from the connector to Onextel platform.

Add your DLT approved templates in Aura account using the bulk upload option.
Step 1: Log in to your WebEngage account.
Step 2: Click on “Data Platform” from the left menu.
Step 3: Select “Integrations”
Step 4: Under “Channel Integration Status” navigate to “SMS Setup”.
Step 5: Click on “Configure”.
Step 6: Scroll down to “Private SSP”.
Step 7: In the pop-up, enter the name of your configuration. (Tip: Choose a name that allows you to easily identify the type of SMS you are sending. Example : onex_promo)
Step 8: Enter URL – https://we.onex-aura.com/api/we.
Step 9: Enter your organization’s Entity ID that has been provided by DLT.
Step 10: Once the details are entered, click on “ADD HEADER”
Step 11: Enter the parameters – “key” in the first box as shown below.
Enter the API key derived from Aura (OneXtel’s SMS platform) in the second box as shown below.

Step 12: Once all the details are entered, click on “ADD SSP”.
OneXtel connector has been successfully configured to your WebEngage account.
Delivery Notifications (Configuring Webhook) #
To configure the delivery notifications on your Webengage account, follow the below mentioned steps :
Step 1: After completing the configuration, In your SMS setup you will see Onextel under “Your SMS Service Provider (SSP) List“.
Step 2: Locate your configuration and click on the three dots under “Actions“.
Step 3: Choose “View Webhook URL“.
Step 4: Copy the displayed webhook URL and email it to support@onextel.com along with your company api key and account details.
